Our overall aim at the market is to provide a great experience!

The formula is simple: Top class food & drink, handmade art & craft, the outdoors, lots of space, fantastic live music - something for everyone! Come and spend time with friends and family in our treasured old litchi orchard, whilst supporting the traders and fostering the local community :)

Saturday Market dates: 1st & 3rd Saturdays each month, 9am to 1pm
Night Market dates 2012: 1 night market per quarter. Next date Fri 23rd March 2012 :)

Our market is divided into 2 distinct sections: Our Food Market & our ‘Art’ Market.

In the Food Market section there is a strong focus on food products which are locally and sustainably produced, seasonal and farm-fresh.

Our Art section brings a creative and fun dimension to the overall market, with a selection of top-quality furniture pieces, antiques, fine art, photography, pottery, stoneware, graphic design, jewellery and wood carvings.

The market is a fantastic platform to kick-start a small business!

If you are interested in applying to become a trader, please send a brief description of your products, stall or ideas as well as some photos if possible.

If we feel your stall will benefit the market as a whole and offer something different to existing stalls, we will invite you for an interview at The Litchi Orchard.

The following criteria are of utmost importance to us: product quality, hygiene, and presentation. We are looking for creativity and home-made products, and we are unlikely to accept anything plastic or imported. In most cases the stallholder needs to be the actual producer of the products they wish to sell.
